In response to growing demand for general information by non-specialists as well as regular consultation by legal experts, ICC has redesigned its dispute resolution web pages.
A new and attractive feature is the home page, which provides newcomers with an easy-to-maneuver, thumbnail description of ICC’s dispute resolution services (DRS) – arbitration, ADR, Dispute Boards, expertise and DOCDEX.
The subsequent pages are standardized and more concise, allowing for greater use of well-spaced links. For regular users, the menu and toolbar offer direct access to important documents and services.
The new design of the DRS web pages is in harmony with the rest of ICC’s website, thus creating an “extended family” of ICC pages for seamless maneuvering by users.
The new page design meets demands brought on by the popularization of the Internet in recent years, which has led to increasing diversity amongst DRS web page users. DRS pages are now consulted not only by lawyers familiar with arbitration, but also by newcomers to the field.
Since 1999, the website information on the International Court of Arbitration and ICC’s other dispute resolution services has become an invaluable resource for legal professionals, providing them with easy and immediate access to core texts and tools.
The new web pages are available in English and French and will be available soon in Spanish. They can be reached at
