Accommodation
Upon receipt of the registration form,participants will receive information on hotel and logistical arrangements, as well as the sposes' programme.

Working languages
The main working language of the Congress is English. There will be simultaneous interpretation into Korean. Should there be more than 50 delegates who require interpretation into a language other than English or Korean, special arrangements may be made. Please indicate language required (you may select more than one):

Cancellations
Contributions to costs will be fully reimbursed for cancellations received in writing by IBCC/ICC in Paris before Friday 30 March 2001. Thereafter, 75% of the contribution to costs will be refunded for any cancellations received in writing before Monday 14 May 2001. As of this date no refunds are possible. You are welcome to send a substitute participant at an y time. Please inform us in advance. All substitute participants will need to fill a new registration form.

It is likely that the President of the Republic of Korea will give a keynote address at the Opening Ceremony. For security reasons, please complete your passport information details, so that you may be admitted to the auditorium.
