Session
WSSD Preparatory Committee II
New York, 28 Jan - 8 Feb 2002 |
Prepcom II is
one of four preparatory meetings hosted
by the UN Commission on Sustainable Development (CSD10) during the
run up to World Summit on Sustainable Development. These meetings
are intended to set an agenda that allows governments and other
major players to join forces effectively in Johannesburg so as to
confront the real challenges of sustainable development. Prepcom
II also features a multi-stakeholder dialogue session, designed
to gain the input of key non-governmental stakeholder groups.
