ICC Austria:

- advises them on cross cultural negotiation techniques
- consults with members on international trade finance, letters of credit 
  and bank guarantees
- helps with the interaction between the contract details, trade finance,
  Incoterms and a optimal dispute settlement clause
- advises on dispute prevention and dispute settlement
- informs members on the prevention of commercial crime (corruption, 
  counterfeiting, import-export and project finance fraud, espionage) and
  management techniques to reduce infernal fraud
