  • Six new members of the Executive Board were elected – from Argentina, Germany, Hungary, Singapore, Spain and the USA.
  • Members of the International Court of Arbitration were elected for a new term starting on 1 January 2006.
  • Guy Sebban, Secretary General, who was elected by the governing bodies in June this year, obtained approval of his proposals for ICC's strategic directions with a strong focus on ICC's core task of promoting cross-border trade and investment and helping business corporations meet the challenges of globalization.
