UNFCCC 13 

United Nations Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC)

The Conference, hosted by the Government of Indonesia, brought together representatives of over 180 countries together with observers from intergovernmental and nongovernmental organizations, and the media. The two week period included the sessions of the Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC, its subsidiary bodies as well as the Meeting of the Parties of the Kyoto Protocol. A ministerial segment in the second week concluded the Conference.

 

ICC represents Environmental Business Solutions

The Environment and Energy Commission works closely with the United Nations to facilitate business participation. For the 13th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Bali the Commission helped to provide business input by presenting multi-sectoral business policy positions and achievements on climate change and energy efficiency and security. 

   

Business Day Bali 2  Companies united for Global Business Day 

In the second week the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) jointly organized a Global Business Day during the 13th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Bali on 10 December 2007.
