WIPO Publications 

In 2007 the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) released The WIPO Guide to Intellectual Property Outreach. This guide provides information about how to plan a public outreach campagin, and about how to use communication tools effectively to carry out that campaign. Other Publications 

In 2007 a report was prepared by the Austrian Institute for SME Research, on behalf of the European Commission, DG Enterprise and Industry as part of its PRO INNO activities, entitled Benchmarking National and Regional Support Services for SMEs in the Field of Intellectual and Industrial Property. The report aimed to identify, analyse, classify and benchmark support services for SMEs in the area of IP Rights in the EU-27, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway and Turkey, as well as a number of non-European countries (the USA, Canada, Japan and Australia).
