ICC YAF event on States in London
May 2010



The ICC Young Arbitrators Forum will co-organise with Hogan Lovells International LLP a conference on  "Arbitration Involving States or State Entities”. It will be held on 13 May 2010, 4:00 pm, in London.

This two-panel event will be introduced by Michael Davison, Co-Head, Hogan Lovells London and will go on to address: 

1. Investor-State Arbitration: The Experience of the Institutions and Proposed Changes to the Rules, where Victoria Orlowski, Counsel ICC International Court of Arbitration, will speak. 

2. Transparency in investor-state arbitrations.
