2nd ICC YAF event in South Africa
March 2010

In ICC cases filed in 2009, 16% of the parties in Sub-Saharan Africa were from South Africa and South Africa corresponded to 25% of the places of arbitration in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF) event, which will take place in Stellenbosch, Western Cape, on 24 March 2010, will focus on South Africa as venue for international arbitration: current trends and future changes.
Young practitioners will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and to network.
