Graduated in economics, sociology and law, Alain Grangé-Cabane (aged 63) is a former fellow (alumnus) of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (E.N.A.).

Starting his career as a civil servant (Conseil d'Etat), he after served as Deputy Director of Antenne 2 (French Television), then as C.E.O. of the Union des Annonceurs (French Association of Advertisers).

He is presently President and C.E.O. of FEBEA (French Federation of Fragrance, Cosmetics and Toiletries). He is also the current Chairman of the French Confederation of Arts & Crafts.

In addition, Alain Grangé Cabane is :

• Vice-President of Colipa (European Association of Cosmetics),
• Member of the Board of the MEDEF (French Association of the Employers),
• Vice-President of the "Group of the Industrial Federations in France" (G.F.I.)
• Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France

Alain Grangé-Cabane is also "Officier de la Légion d'Honneur" and "Officier in the Arts & Lettres" Order.
