Costs of ICC DOCDEX

In exceptional circumstances, if the amount of the letter of credit exceeds US$ 500 000, an Additional Fee may be payable which shall be fixed by the Centre at its discretion, taking into account the complexity of the issue and subject to a ceiling of 100% of the Standard Fee. Such Additional Fee shall be invoiced to the Initiator within a reasonable time and no later than 45 days after the date of the Acknowledgement of the Request.
