Topics focused on case management techniques in the context of the 2012 ICC Rules of Arbitration and the 2nd day was devoted to the study of a case under these Rules.
The feedback was extremely positive whether with regards to the substance, the quality of the speeches delivered by very experienced young panelists, the interesting and practise orientated seminars, the organization, the social programme and the diversity of people.

« Perfect mix of work and pleasure ! »
“The event was a great success! Thanks to the organizers for a great job! It would be good to have such kind of event (in the same format) at least one per each year in different country. The topics were very useful for young and prospective arbitrators. It was good that the format of the event facilitated not only to passive learning by listening, but mostly on active involvement of the participants in mock case and networking. The event contributed to the strengthening of a network of young professionals in international arbitration.”
“It was a real interesting and challenging conference”
“The organisation, presentation, involvement of speakers and organizers is of the high and professional level.”
