Rules and Procedures

The ICC Arbitration Rules are used all around the world to resolve disputes, administered by the ICC International Court of Arbitration®, the world’s premier arbitral institution. The Rules assure parties of a neutral framework for the resolution of cross-border disputes.

Unlike other institutions, the entire arbitral process is monitored from the initial request for arbitration to scrutiny of the draft final award. If it is necessary to enforce an ICC Award, assistance is also provided to parties in complying with the required formalities.
