Flexible open hours and dedicated packages

The Hearing Centre has flexible opening hours. Special requests for services and facilities are handled on a case-by-case basis.

The use of services and facilities are packaged according to users’ needs. Rates are based on the package of facilities required.

Description

The 800 square meter Hearing Centre offers flexible packages and a range of facilities, including:

• 3 large rooms designed for hearings and meetings that can seat up to 40 people
• The rooms are 70, 90 and 110 square meters
• 7 rooms for breakout sessions and smaller meetings of up to 18 people
• Photocopying/printing
• Telephone/fax
• Wifi/ISDN connections
• TV/video
• Simultaneous translation equipment
• Video conferencing equipment
• On-site catering for coffee breaks and meals
• On-site technical support
