The 110m² room overlooking avenue Raymond Poincaré is equipped with state of the art audiovisual technology and custom made features and fittings to provide you with comfort, efficiency and professionalism.

The Bosphorus room's spacious 110 square meter floor plan can accommodate up to 40 people.
Features and Amenities
The room is equipped with a simultaneous translation booth complete with infra-red technology headsets. The digital congress network features a fixed microphone for each participant. It enables digital audio recording of the proceedings and allows you to download the audio recording onto your computer at the end of the day.
The remote controlled HD video projector can be connected to from any position in the room. It is combined with a floor to ceiling screen and a 42” plasma screen.
Videoconference (ISDN and IP) and teleconference services are installed and available on request.
Wifi is available.
Our reception team will take care of your printing, fax, scan and photocopying needs. A self-service photocopier is also available.
We can provide you with flipchart, laptop computer, wireless mouse, laser pointer..
The room is soundproofed and benefits from individual air-conditioning and ample shelving.
