WCF strengthens links between chambers, enabling them to improve performance as well as discover new products and services to offer their members. Follow WorldChambers on  Latest News World Chambers Federation schedules webinar on Certificates of Origin Paris 3 March 2010 An introduction to Certificates of Origin (COs) will be the topic of the second in a series of webinars produced by the World Chambers Federation (WCF), with participants discussing topics that will include procedures for issuing COs, anti-fraud methods, and confidentiality issues. Customs and business: improving performance through partnership Brussels, 3 February 2010  ICC has proposed that the already extensive cooperation between the world business organization and the World Customs Organization be extended further, especially in the areas of trade facilitation, training, and capacity building initiatives. Yircali re-elected as Chair of the World Chambers Federation New Delhi, 9 December 2009  The ICC Executive Board has approved the re-election of Rona Yircali for a third term as Chair of the World Chambers Federation (WCF). Workshop in Dubai urges adoption of ATA Carnet System in Gulf Region Dubai, 4 November 2009  The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a two-day seminar on the ATA Carnet System in a bid to make businesses in the Gulf region aware of the advantages of the procedure, which allows the duty and tax-free temporary admission of goods, avoiding business travellers to go through the trouble of normal customs formalities. Vietnam urged to adopt ATA Carnet System Hanoi, 30 October 2009   ICC urged early implementation of the ATA Carnet System in Vietnam, calling it an indispensable marketing tool to help businesses develop their exports and ensure their smooth participation in overseas trade fairs and exhibitions World Chambers Federation launches webinar series Paris, 29 September 2009   Following the success of the 6th World Chambers Congress in June, the ICC World Chambers Federation is launching a series of webinars to continue the conversations started in Kuala Lumpur. ICC calls for implementation of ATA Carnet system in the Philippines Manila, 18 September 2009  ICC has called for the early implementation of the ATA Carnet system in the Philippines during a workshop in Manila on 26-27 August 2009. ICC urges expanding the ATA Carnet System to all APEC countries Singapore, 3 August 2009  The already fruitful collaboration between customs and business should be further expanded by Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) nations to speed up regional integration, provide greater trade facilitation, and harmonize customs procedures, a top ICC official said.
