WCF members are eligible to serve on WCF's General Council (Governing Body), which sets the strategic direction and development of WCF's services. Council members come from:
all parts of the world, large and small chambers, public and private law chambers, developed and developing countries, chamber members and chamber executives.
The General Council sets up ad-hoc working groups to deal with specific issues arising from the WCF programme of action. All member chambers are encouraged to participate in the programme of action.
