– ICC’s Business Bookstore today introduces on-line ordering and payment
facilities for customers anywhere in the world. Just click on the "ICC
Publications" icon on the home page and pick up your electronic shopping
basket.
The commercial electronic bookstore complements
traditional ordering methods ICC Publishing SA makes available worldwide through
ICC national committees. The bookstore site offers anybody involved in international
trade instant information about new titles.
Customers are asked to enter the name of their
country on the bookstore’s home page. That gives them access to the full
ICC Publishing list, priced in dollars, and the option of on-line payment by
credit card. Those who prefer may send their order by fax to the ICC International
Secretariat in Paris, payable by credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
While browsing through the site, customers are
invited to select titles they are interested in purchasing and add them to their
shopping basket. They may remove an item at any time, or alter the quantity.
Once shopping is completed, the customer is invited to complete the order form,
provide shipping instructions and choose the payment method – on-line or
fax.
