alert service introduced on ICC website
Paris, 15
March 2000 - ICC's
website today introduces a news alert service to inform subscribers instantly
about ICC initiatives, products and events as they are posted on the site.
The free service will keep
you in touch with developments on the world business organization's site, like

for example the joint survey with UNCTAD on foreign direct investment in Africa,
news about ICC's expansion throughout the world, and ICC's core function of
setting rules and standards for the conduct of international trade. News about
the ICC International Court of A
rbitration will be announced the instant it
is entered on the Court's web pages.
Subscribers will learn about
statements on behalf of world business on such occasions as the annual G7/8
summit and in reaction to major economic news developments like last year's
failure of the WTO ministerial conference in Seattle to launch a new trade round.
There will be news about
major ICC events, like the World Congress on the theme "The New Europe
in the World Economy" in Budapest on 3-5 May 2000.
All new publications will
be announced as soon as they are available for online purchase at the Business
Bookstore.
To receive up-to-the-minute
