Paris,

it comes to translating the vocabulary of trade in that international
contract or even during negotiations. You have to find the right word
or risk confusion or worse.

International Chamber of Commerce has come up with the answer for the
hard-pressed business executive casting about for the Italian for "Duties
on Buyers' Account" (diritti di confini), the English for "Preissicheringsklausel"
(price escalation clause), and innumerable other linguistic conundrums.

German and Spanish in Key Words in International Trade, the fourth
edition of this indispensable reference work for traders first published
in 1989.
The
translated terms and abbreviations are those most commonly used in international
law and commerce. They are taken from the fields of banking, transport,
management, marketing, arbitration, trade, information technology and,
telecommunications.
An
ICC international team of experts has meticulously checked each term,
leaving out when in doubt. Several hundred new ones were added to the
present edition to keep up with recent legal and technical developments
and the increasing complexity of the global marketplace.
