| World Chambers Federation launches webinar series | |
| |  | | | | | |  | | |  | | | | | The first webinar will take place on 3 November
| | Following the success of the 6th World Chambers Congress in June, the ICC World Chambers Federation is launching a series of webinars to continue the conversations started in Kuala Lumpur.
A webinar is an Internet conferencing tool used to conduct live meetings, training, or presentations. In the conference, each participant sits at his or her own computer and is connected to other participants via the Internet.
The first webinar, taking place on 3 November, will focus on customer service and be led by Susan Sarfati, CEO of High Performance Strategies. The webinar will:
• Identify the five most important components of extraordinary customer service • Apply best practices from award winning customer service and membership-based organizations • Help develop a customer service culture in your chamber • Highlight 12 customer service tips to surprise, delight and challenge your members and other stakeholders.
Other upcoming webinar topics to be developed in this series shall include social media, as well as Certificates of Origin.
