On the occasion of the IBA conference in October, ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF) and Club Español del Arbitraje (CEA) -40 will jointly organise a conference where it will be discussed independence of arbitrators, arbitration from the point of view of institutions and obstructionist attitudes in international arbitration.

The event will take place on Sunday morning 4 October 2009 in Madrid (Spain).
