The ICC YAF Global Coordinating Committee (GCC)

  • The ICC YAF Global Coordinating Committee is based at ICC Headquarters in Paris. It is composed of Simon Greenberg (as its Chair), Deputy Secretary General of the International Court of Arbitration, Laetitia de Montalivet, Director of ICC Events and ICC Institute of World Business Law, and Mélanie Meilhac, Manager of ICC Dispute Resolution Services, ADR, Expertise, Dispute Boards.
  • The Global Coordinating Committee participates in the selection of Regional Coordinating Committee members and is responsible for overall coordination between the five Regional Chapters.
     


ICC YAF Regional Chapters and Regional Coordinating Committees

  • The five Regional Chapters are:
  • Each Regional Chapter is composed of the relevant ICC Regional Director and that region’s Regional Coordinating Committee composed of three members. The Regional Director will work with the Global Coordinating Committee to select members of the Regional Coordinating Committee. The members of the different Regional Coordinating Committees have been nominated on September 2008 for a term of three years.   • Regional Coordinating Committee members will operate semi-autonomously but under the guidance of their Regional Director to ensure that the Regional Chapter achieves its goals. Notably, promoting and developing the Regional Chapter’s network of young practitioners, organizing Regional Chapter event, etc.
